Workforce Development That Strengthens Communities

Across New Hampshire and greater New England, organizations struggle to find and keep skilled talent — while many individuals are eager to learn but lack access to relevant, practical training. Twinbell bridges that gap by connecting employers, educators, and learners through programs that are inclusive, measurable, and sustainable. Together, we build stronger communities — one skill, one person, one organization at a time.

Testimonials

The Austin17House has had the pleasure of working with Twinbell Launch Partners over the past six months. As a small, grassroots non-profit, we’ve partnered with many consultants and mentors over the years. However, Faina’s heart, dedication, and experience stood out to us since our first meeting. She truly cares about people, regardless of whether you're an underdog or a top executive, and she’s always willing to lend her support.

With her expertise, we were able to bring a vital program to life, restructuring and launching the Austin17House Training Academy. This initiative is designed to empower youth and young adults by teaching them real-life skills that set them up for success in the real world.

Faina’s organization, planning, and execution are remarkably professional. She consistently meets deadlines, develops clear plans for others to follow, meticulously proofreads grants, and collaborates closely with our members every step of the way. We’re excited to continue working with her in 2026 and wish her ongoing success in everything she undertakes.
